FAQs
Use two 8 mm (5/16″) flathead machine screws, washers, and locknuts for through-bolt installation.
You need an 8.5 mm (21/64″) drill bit for installation.
Use 8 mm (5/16″) flathead stainless steel machine screws for fastening endstops.
Frequently inspect fasteners, car shackles, and control block fittings for fatigue; replace as necessary.
Make sure every installation includes Harken track endstops for safety.
Clean the track with detergent and water for best maintenance.
Clean cars and tracks frequently with fresh water, and periodically use a detergent/water solution.
The 548 endstop fits 3159 and R32 tracks.
Exposure to teak cleaners and other caustic solutions may discolor the part and is not covered under warranty.
